VERY LITTLE NEWS TO SHARE

We got back from Ukraine on May 7 and it has taken me awhile to get over the trip. I cannot seen to get into my regular routine too quickly. Plus I developed some sort of sinus infection right after we returned and that has made me feel poorly for the last several days. I apologize there has not been any news posted to this site in the last month or so. To be honest, not much has been happening, well that is newsworthy anyway. There have been several cemetery decorations in the area (Monroe County) in the last few weeks. I have not attended any. I was at the Citico Cemetery for a funeral on Saturday, May 16, before the Decoration Day was to be on Sunday the 17th. Several people were there decorating the graves and visiting with one another.
Decoration Day was held at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery on Sunday, May 10 (Mother's Day). Several kinfolks are buried in this cemetery. It was a rainy weekend and I was suffering from jetlag. I did not try to go.

Please pray for cousin Fred C. Self. He is in the hospital in Knoxville and cousin Ruth Bryant is in the hospital in Maryville.
