VIRGINIA WALKER UNDERWOOD OBITUARY

UNDERWOOD, VIRGINIA (GEN) WALKER, age 62, of Tellico Plains, TN, passed away 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at Sweetwater Hospital. She was preceded in death by parents, Roy and Mary Dovie Walker; grandparents, Ernest and Luana Duncan Miller; Viola McKenzie; nephews, Michael Fain and Dale Gourley. Survivors: son and daughter-in-law, Jamie and Ashley Underwood; sister and brother-in-law, Martha Lou and Harry Fain; brother, Charles Walker, all of Tellico Plains; special nephew and nieces, Zachary and Lesha Taylor, Elexus Fain; Jamie’s father, Homer Underwood, of Tellico Plains. Funeral 7:00 p.m. Thursday, Biereley-Hale Chapel, Rev. Arthur Andrew Moser, Rev. Richard Self officiating. Interment 11:00 a.m. Friday, Citico Cemetery. The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Thursday at Biereley-Hale Funeral Home, Madisonville, TN. ( Virginia Walker's mother, Mary Dovie Walker, died on December 6, 2016.
