PEGGY JO MOSES SELF OBITUARY

SELF, PEGGY JO MOSES, age 72, of Madisonville, passed away 2:12 p.m. Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center after a lengthy illness. She was a member of Watson Chapel Baptist Church. Survivors: husband, Jake W. Self; daughter and son-in-law, Sarah and Chris Bledsoe; grandson, Dylan Frank; granddaughter, Brittany Russell; great-granddaughter, Raylee Frank; sister, Dot Miller; brother and sister-in-law, Curt and Nancy Moses; nephew, Greg Moses and wife Leslie, all of Madisonville; niece, Kathy Tipton and husband Tony, of Colleyville, TX; great nephews, Andy Moses, Jesse Tipton, Joshua Tipton; great niece, Macy Moses; preceded in death by parents, Tony and Roxie Moses; brother-in-law, Austin Miller. Funeral 8:00 p.m. Friday, Biereley-Hale Chapel, Rev. Tommy Self, Rev. David Davis officiating. Interment 11:00 a.m. Saturday, Haven Hill Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday at Biereley-Hale Funeral Home, Madisonville.
